Advice on how to lose the stomach fat is in no short
supply but what works and what does not? some helpfull advice is at hand.
Eating smaller potions of your meals 4-6 a day helps you
lose weight why is this? The answer is by doing this instead
of your regular 3 large meals by eating more often your digestive system speeds up leaving you feeling less hungry.

Their is no need to miss breakfast when you are on a diet
bear in mind that you have been asleep for several hours
without eating and your body needs food for energy. Your
next meal "lunch" is several hours away and breakfast kick-starts your day.

To stop you feeling hungry a good tip is to drink more water.
This kills the hunger pangs stops you from feeling weak.
Drinking more water also keeps your body temp in order.

Diet and exercise if not the only way to lose weight it sure is the most likely road to success. One in my opinion is
of little use without the other. First get yourself a good
balanced diet. couple this with a good exercise routine.


By changing your hormonal balances you lose weight.
There are 2 ways to do this. The first one is choosing a diet
that lowers you insulin, secondly is do heavy cross-fit workouts.

Some people go to the gym and are serious body builders.
You see them down the gym with bulging muscles like man
mountain. This is not the case with everyone some do not
want to go that far and would sooner follow the more natural
ways.

People gain surplus weight gradually over a period of time
almost without notice, they do this by constantly eating
unhealthy foods and sugar laden drinks After a while they
become so overweight it would be a struggle to even use a treadmill for exercise. This is the sad result of to many calories eaten and too few calories burned.

This weight gain may be small at first, but like drops of water constantly dripping into a bucket it will soon mount up.
A surplus of 200 calories a day (which may just be a piece of toast and jam with minimal butter) very likely this will add

2 pounds in a month. After 1 year this will be 24 pounds
in 3 years ..need I say more.

So based on these conservative figures most weight gainers
would put on 2 pounds a month and over the full year some
24 pounds.

How to lose the Stomach Fat.
So how can I change things!!! How do i begin to lose weight,
have a healthier life style, eat the proper diet and feel much better.

So if we use my assumption, 200 extra calories a day, you might think this is a little high, one could actually turn that into a 300 calorie deficit starting from day one, by burning 500 calories. (this will be hard for the first week or so the more sweat the better, commit the time to it, and work for it).

In a few months, when they are up to 800 calories of exercising a day, they have a calorie deficit of 600 calories. Without changing their eating habits. That means they are losing a good 5 pounds a month.
To get this calorie loss by dieting alone you would have to miss out meals such as dinner some days and have a miserable time. I think there is a easier more relaxed way on how to lose the Stomach Fat.
